Good Afternoon,
I'm in the process of trying to troubleshooting my Stylo 2 which is no longer receiving service. Earlier today I was prompted to install an update to the phone which caused the phone to restart and apply the update. As soon as the update was finished and I booted the phone back up my service was disabled. I have attempted a few of the practical fixes such as power cycling, reseating the SIM card, and going through the settings, but I am unsure where to go from here.
I do not know what is causing this problem or how it can be resolved, and I am hoping someone may have experienced this particular issue before or even if anyone else is experiencing the same issue as I am with today's update. Any help is appreciated!
