A tad awkward as I'm on holiday with restricted connection but my phone updated to Android 6.0.1 while connected to pub WiFi (The Cloud). When it rebooted, my icons were HUGE and different, the app tray has gone at the bottom of the screen, therre are now crosses all over my screens for me to add contacts or apps which I don't want, I can't find widgets and I can't see how to reset my launcher (after the reboot I had a choice of TouchWiz or TouchWiz easy and couldn't proceed without selecting one - I believe before I had Google Now). Admittedly I could wait till I get back home tomorrow but it's bugging me as I'd like my phone how it was before.

Looks like you chose Easy Mode. Just go to settings>Easy mode>set to standard mode.
