System updater notification still active after system update

I have installed the latest update 7.1.1 successfully, but the system updater notification keeps appearing and the only thing I can do is snooze if for 4 hrs Max. I have updated 3 times (same version latest) but notifaction won't go away.

Yes I have like a million times. As soon as everything has loaded the updater appears after reboot

well then the last resort might be to do hard or factory reset.....should fix the issue.

sorry but i can't think of anything else to do.
