Help System upgrade issues galaxy s6

[Android Question]

Hello guys,


I am having issues in upgrading the software version of my Galaxy S6.
Please see attached the video that i recorded.

Is there anything that i can do by myself or i need to take to a technician to try to fix it?
I have tried to reset the phone to the factory details but unfortunately it did not work.


I bought it second hand abroad so i do not have much details about the previous owner.

There's no attached video (I don't know whether we allow unregistered users to upload them). A clear description is better anyway: not everyone is in a position to view videos when they read these posts, or necessarily wants to spend the time to sit through a video.

Can you post the complete model number?
Usually you have several options when updating Samsung devices.
