Root [T-Mobile] 2 New Phones NO WIFI CALLING !!!

SHORT VERSION............

Stolen Phone all WAS good
New phone (no coverage at home) and now no WIFI Calling
Jumped through all of T-Mobiles hoops
Second new phone no WIFI Calling
No WIFI Calling off site (not at home in town)
I can get calls (at home on WIFI Calling), Internet is OK and Fast

Any ideas? Frustrated

TMobile normally has wifi in the store. Ask them to find you one that works on their wifi.
