Root [T-Mobile] busybox installation failed

Hello,

I have a HTC One M7, I rooted my phone ( i believe i did, i use a app called root checker to double check it)

I have installed the SuperSU. I wanted to move a app to /system/app so i try to install busybox. After i click

"install" it said "It look like the installation of Busybox was not successful. Try installing to a different location that may resovle the issue."

Well, so i tried both location, ( /system/xbin and /system/bin) and both didnt work. Sometime it crash my phone and force it to restart too.

I am new to root. Please help me =(
 
Oh i have 147 MB in my system Rom,
I downloaded my busybox pro from the google play store so i think it is up to date.
 
Your best bet is getting answers from other One M7 Owners so I moved this question to that forum. To get even better help, let us know who your carrier is and we can get this moved to the specific All Things Root subforum for you.
 
OK, further moved to the T-Mo ATR section. The folks here will be able to get you squared up.:)
