Root [T-Mobile] cant install any rom?

hey i just rooted my note 2 and it keeps telling me i cant install roms , it gives me an error and idk how to fix it

I Think The Rom You Wanna Install Isn't Compatible With The Recovery You Have. Install A Kernel And Try Again

I tried installing a different kernel but still get the same error with different roms? Could you link me to a compatible rom for it ? I downloaded avatar rom from xda and PA

Ive had issues in the past where I got error messages when trying to flash a rom that was updated to the firmware that my phone was not currently running
