T-Mobile Contract help please?

So ive upgraded my phone to the galaxy s3 and there are no longer 2 yea contacts. i love my phone but the battey is so bad only lasting 10 hours with only 2 and a half hours of screen time only texting and using kik. I kinda wanta new phone now because i canot enjoy the technology of my s3 without it sucking up the battery. Is it possible to switch phones since there are no more contracts. I was thinkin about getting an iphone o a phone that lasts more than a day

Just get an extended battery, there are some that boost ur Batt life by a few hours and aren't to bulky

Getting an extended battery can help, or buying a second battery that you can swap between. That is one of the biggest advantages of having a device with a removable battery. I'd have to look real quick how long the grace period for returns is for t-mobile. When did you activate the device?
