Root [T-Mobile] (Elegancia ROM )Flashing Gapps?

So, I recently bought an HTC One M7, rooted with a custom rom from a friend of mine to use on MetroPCS, It's great and all but, I have no google services! NONE. The ROM has been discontinued and I don't like it anyways. He says I need to flash the gapps. This is my first time ever having an HTC so I'm pretty lost. I wanted to simply flash a new ROM onto it but, every single one I seen also required a flash gapps installation, I'd still like a different ROM though, one that's not discontinued!

I've never had a phone that wasn't a lower end smart phone from Metro (LG Optimus f6, being my last one, and another LG before that) so all this stuff is pretty new to me. I'm not complete noob but, certainly no where near comfortable messing with anything! Please help me out, point me to a tutorial or something! Thanks in advance everyone!

I got it sorted out, flashed a different Rom on there.

I had thought about returning it to stock but, I'm using the T-Mobile phone on a different carrier and I'm just not familiar with how it'd effect my service. I had to pay to switch phones three first time.
