T-Mobile Father's Day Special! (and a nice story!)

T-Mobile is offering a $10/month reduction for 12 months on certain contract plans this Saturday, June 18th! One Day Only! Read on for a Sensation-al story...

I went to a local store here in Fremont to get my first look at the Sensation and asked about the Father's Day special. A salesperson named Candice answered my questions and handed me a Sensation to play with. I asked for her business card and told her I would be back on Sunday, thinking that was the day of the promotion. I then went to find my wife and daughter at the Michael's craft store next door. About 15 minutes later, I run into Candice while shopping inside Michael's! She realized that I was mistaken about the day of the sale and actually ran next door to find me and tell me it was on Saturday!

I know that she probably gets a commission on phones that she sells, but I still think it was very kind of her to find me and tell me the correct date. Imagine my disapointment if I had shown up on Sunday and was told that the one-day promotion was held the day before!

So to thank her for her kindness I am telling her story here on the forum in the hopes that some of you will buy a Sensation from her. Let's see if we can help her get the "Employee of the Month" award! I don't know if my credit will qualify for a two-year contract, but I intend to find out on Saturday! Wish me luck!

If any of you live in the Fremont, CA area and are planning on buying a Sensation, please go to the T-Mobile store at the corner of Mowry Ave & Fremont Blvd (store address 39172 Argonaut Way) and ask for Candice.

Have a g2x and complained to customer service that it sucked so they gave me my full upgrade back and they took 100 dollars off the price of the sensation. I'm getting it for 149.99 right away. I love T-Mobile and they love me :) now I have a g2x and sensation and nexus one 6
I just switched from Verizon and got the Sensation which BTW is Sensational!!! (pun intended)...I have tried T-Mobile a few times over the years and unfortunately had to return equipment and cancel because of reception issues. I live about 30 miles south of Chicago and I am quite impressed with the reception here now. They have really improved their network around here over the past year or two since the last time I tried to switch. You can't beat the price for service on contract. I'm happy to hear that T-Mobile customer service is great too!!! :)

T Mobiles level of care has been the ONLY thing that has made my awful experience with my G2X bearable. To a person, they have been supurb! I will say they appear to be doing as little or as much as it takes. In other words they are not being very consistent as far as what they are offering people who are struggling with the G2X. Others have got a better deal than me, but I'm still satisfied. But it appears they are doing whatever it takes to keep everyone happy. I am.....
Cannot wait to play with my new Sensy....looks awesome!!!!!They dragged their feet actually shipping it. If they'd shipped it when they said, I'd get it today. But looks like I have to wait 'til monday.
I am pretty happy with my experiences overall with T Mobile.

She really is. I just bought the phone from her a few hours ago. My credit passed and I'm not on the 2-year contract. This phone is great! I got the $10 per month for one year FD special, then I got the $50 rebate on the phone, and I traded in my MetroPCS phone for another $50 rebate.

Now I'm going to do a factory reset and start setting up the phone.

They took $10 off my unlimited data plan, added unlimited text to my other two lines and added free web for a year on my other two lines. Then we got a free HD7. I was very pleased yesterday, due to all the trouble I was getting from my G2x. They really helped me a lot. Glad I got my Sensation too. =D
