T-Mobile has paused jelly bean update

So she's received the update already but is being prompted to update again?
A factory reset may help, and I'd recommend it even still to clean out any hicups going from ICS to JB may have caused.
 
I did the forced update and while it worked well it just didn't seem right. Then I had a location services problem. Did the factory reset and I went from about 300mb free to 800mb+. It's faster and it's a little different as well, I wish I would have done it right away.

Good advice....freed up a bunch of space too. Battery life seems a little better as well
