My galaxy S3's volume is really low. I have no clue if my settings were messed with or what happened. All the settings i have checked says the volume is all the way up. But the volume is so low i cant hear when i get phone calls, watch videos or play games. Any ideas on what could be wrong???

Hi.. I have a problem with my galaxy s3
I root my phone and all work perfectly until now.. suddenly when I try to enter my email to sync with
Google... the app say
"Can't establish securely connection with the server.."
Someone can help me and say if I do something wrong.. thanks anticipated and sorry for my bad english
I only download 3apps before lost connection with play store..
