Help T-Mobile HTC Wildfire on Rogers network

I just bought this unlocked wildfire to use on the Rogers network, everything was working but not connecting to the internet, Rogers gave me the apn settings but still nothing so I used the apn settings someone posted here. I can connect but is coming up 2g when it should get 3g. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
