T-Mobile LTE Phones do get LTE on Metro Pcs

Metro's 4G is crap compared to T-Mobile. I get 2-3 Mbps down on my LG Motion. My brother just got an LG L6 (after suffering for two years with an Optimus M haha) and it regularly gets 35 Mbps down. Over 10 times faster than Metro. We both live in the same house and we both have full bars on our phones at all times.

Metro really should be ashamed to refer to their speeds as 'blazing fast'.

What they should do is put an asterisk next to the words' blazing fast' and say **compared to our 1x speeds

My speeds match that of your brothers. I am on Metro PCS. Same speeds in San Diego and San Clemente . Something is wrong with your setup. How are your speeds in other locations ?

Here in los Angeles ca same speed cdma o gsm I have gs3 cdma my wife a lg f3 and my son a lg f6 and the three phones have same speed even my son lost his phone and used a lg esteem for one month and he had the same speed mostly 10 dl and 5 o 6 up some places 20 dl 15 up

You must unlock it 1st

It's going to be good for the BYOD market next year since basically all carriers will be releasing tmo LTE compatible phones. All of the big 4 will have AWS and PCS phones. Sprint, Tmo, ATT will have 700MHz B12 phones

I've read these threads and am super happy you posted this one answering everyone's questions.

I just want to clarify for my final phone decision:

I'm looking at buying a Note 3 from T-Mobile. I've done my research and a lot of people have it working on Metro yet it isn't on their "Bring Your Own Phone" list. Almost everyone I see that have successfully established their phone on Metro's network did so by just calling metro to switch their phone. I was just wondering if anyone here has had luck in getting them to use your Note 3.

Thanks guys!
