Root [T-Mobile] Missing 'voice cmd for aps' option in settings

Hi All,
I got GS3 last week and was tying to activate voice command for apps to play my music or take picture. However, when I go to Settings>language and input, there is no option to turn on 'voice cmd for aps' at all.
PS I am running on android 4.1.1

The voice command settings have been moved to S Voice with the 4.1.1 update. Open S Voice and then tap Menu to get into the Settings to turn them on.
