Root [T-Mobile] MMS Not Working on 4.4.2

Anyone have a fix for MMS? It does not work under 4.4.2

Pretty sure it is not an APN configuration.
This for a rooted HTC One (m7) Google Edition running KitKat 4.4.2 on MetroPCS / T-mobile

What makes you think its not an apn prollem? Is this an actual gpe phone,a t mobile phone,or some other variant?
