Root [T-Mobile] Need help phone reboots/shuts off

Does anyone have the unbrick method for the s3 like the stock files and odin or a link....thanks

Also i didn't brick my phone but it restarts alot and i think my cmw recovery is damaged it keeps FC and i cant get into recovery but for a few seconds then it reboots or shuts off.. so i just wanna do a odin wipe and get back to stock

Stock ROMs SamMobile Firmwares Put in the model number, not the name. (ixxxx, not S3)

As far as Odin, try Mini-SDK

And don't take the 4.3 update until Samsung figures out what's causing the bugs.
