Root [T-Mobile] phone wont get pass boot logo..

so i installed a ROM on my phone from GooManager and then my phone wont get pass the boot logo but i was stupid and forgot to backup before doing any of this i did the clear cache and delvik thing but i did NOT do the Factory reset ,now i dont have a SD Card adapter so i can plug in my computer so ..help?

I honestly don't use goo I got into the habit of downloading the roms from the host site and that helps to have a better download, now in your situation if your backups come up like that maybe as last resort use Odin to get back to stock, something similar happen to me before and my SD got wiped so Odin help, I hope this helps let us know good luck.
