Help (T-Mobile) Randomly Losing 4G

My gsiii for some odd reason loses 4G and sometimes even service. Last night when i was on a call, it dropped and the signal reflected that i was running on edge then it switched to someting that said "G." I looked at my brother's siii and he was also on edge. So i tried putting it on airplane mode however it would not go through. So i had to restart the phone and about a minute and a half later i got 4G back. Today when i was browsing the web, i randomly lost 4G again but this time i continued to have signal. About a minute later i lost it again and regained it about minute later. I havent noticed anything else about the phone and ive had it for about a week and last night was the first time that i restarted it. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks!
 
Hi K12123 - I am having the same issue with T-Mobile 4g service. I got my SG3 just over a month ago and everytime i'm in the play store or browsing the web (doesn't matter what site) I lose the 4g signal and it switches to Edge. I just got off the phone with T-Mobile (for the 2nd time) and there is a problem with the tower in my area. Hopefully it will be fixed soon - having the phone for over a month and not being able to use 4g really stinks. Have you called T-Mobile to report the issue?
