Root [T-Mobile] [rooted]Problems with notifications/status/drag-down

I'm having an issue with anything at the top of the screen. I'm running Paranoid Android with Nova Launcher Prime, and I seem to have lost status bar, notifications, etc. It seems all the appropriate settings are checked to enable these, but I can't figure out why they won't show up.

Anyone have a similar problem or know how to fix it?

have you tried a simple reboot? failing that,maybe try redownloading,and full wipe,reflash. search the paranoid android thread for similiar prollems from other users
