Root [T-Mobile] Stuck on Samsung Logo (Loop hole?)

So my phone got wet, so i put it in rice, then i opened it and cleaned the mother board then dried everything and replaced the battery.

That did the job and allowed the phone to go back on ( it wasnt turning on before) and then im stuck at the samsung logo and idk what i can do. Odin3 does detect my phone but i cant go on recovery either way. HELP?

Hi Christian,
plain water, salty water, poolwater?
Plain water just dries, but salt and the additions in poolwater have a different effect on your phone parts.
How long did you leave it in rice? 48 hours is adviced.
Did you take the cards out as well, while drying?

it was pool water & only 24 hours my phone is on and everything is fine because i did open the cards and used alcohol to dab the motherboard and dry it afterwards. The only issue is that it has the soft brick like issue, stuck on samsung galaxy s4 logo and on top left corner it says
RECOVERY BOOTING.....
RECOVERY IS NOT SEADROID ENFORCING
