T-Mobile Taken Payment?

Hi,

I have pre-ordered the Desire (online).

I have had a order confirmed email but no money has been taking yet (it asks for a deposit), I would assume they have done a credit check.

Does this mean I have passed or something?

The confirm email was sent a few secs after I ordered it.

I have not ordered online from T-mobile before.

I would perhaps give them a call to confirm. I got the same confirmation and received a vague email saying I should expect delivery within 7 days.

I called this morning and the girl I spoke to said that I had passed the credit check, but she seemed to need to do something to finalise the order.

She then said that I should receive the phone Saturday morning, but they would call back tomorrow after 11.30 to confirm that they had the stock in.

Not sure if I moved the order along any by calling, but seems like maybe I did.

Wonder why they are telling some people they will receive it Saturday if they are saying to others they send it my standard Royal Mail so it will arrive Monday!!
