Root [T-Mobile] tmobile gs3 cyanogenmod bootloop

(i recently just posted this on the wrong forum so i came to the correct forum to repost this). Hey guys, i just recently started to get into the rooting and flashing roms thing since i got really bored of touchwiz. As stated above my tmobile galaxy s3 is stuck in a bootloop with a cyanogenmod logo, as i tried to flash cyanogenmod10.1.3. Before it was stuck on the bootloop, it would turn on. However it kept saying setup wizard has stopped and the gapps would have a similar message. So i stupidly decided to go into twrp and wipe the internal data, cache, dalvik etc.. (at the time i wasnt using an sd card so i wiped the internal memory). so after i had done that i tried to reboot the system and here i am stuck in this boot loop. Oh yeah, before i rebooted it had said that there was no os installed. I dont know how i lost twrp recovery, probably because i deleted all user data. ive booted into recovery mode (not twrp recovery) thinking i could flash the rom from an external sd card. so i loaded the cm and gapps file onto my sd card and tried to "apply the update" (remember this isn't twrp or cwm, i think it was just the standard recovery) but it said could not verify package or something. I'm still a noob so i might not understand everything you guys are saying. any help is appreciated. thanks.

ive also tried to wipe my data and cache, but unfortunately the cyanogenmod logo is still stuck there with my galaxy s3 logo.

Welcome nuubroot!!

Sorry to hear about your issues here!

You have no custom recovery correct? My first thought would be to start over and flash the stock firmware with ODIN. That should get you unrooted and everything back to normal.
I am not quite familiar with your variant of the S3, however I have the Verizon version.

Let me see if I can find the process/files to unroot your device.

I know you said you are on T-mobile but what is your device model #?
