Root [T-Mobile] tmobile root problem samsung galaxy s3

having problem rooting, i followed video instructions, downloaded the sprint, tmobile root, but winwar, and 7zip doesnt unzip like it should, odin is fine, but cmw tar isnt there, it just shows books like the winwar stacked on top of each other, and cwm superuser isnt right either, im running windows vista, is there another way, or am i doing something wrong, any help please

First off you don't unzip the files. You use Odin to get the root and CWM onto the phone. Need to go back to the instruction and read, read, and then read again.

And, after that, Read some more......
All or at least most of the users on this forum have gained their knowledge by READING. You can gain a heck of a lot of knowledge about anything just by reading. Sorta like learning a new language by just living in a place that just spoke that language... Direct immersion...

Read, you CANNOT NO WAY NO HOW, brick your phone by reading, and you will know what to do, when you want to do it!.

Also, don't muck around with your phone until you are comfortable that you have understood all of what you read..... You will never get into trouble if you follow that advice.
