I have paid for a network unlock for a Galaxy S3 but it simply fails to work.
The IMEI has been verified and checked twice by T-Mobile.
They are now not interested in helping any further.
Is this common and does anyone know a work around?
The phone has had its data erased (soft reset) but has NOT been rooted.
Could rooting a reinstalling an OS help?
