Root [T-Mobile] Unlocking

Newbie
T-Mobile won't give me the unlock code for this new phone I got before moving to Canada because I already killed my service with them and paid them their $200 ETF. I need to unlock this phone for use on Wind Mobile in Canada. I have tried one root Unlock-GS app, but it did not work.

Does anyone know how to unlock this phone (without getting the code from TMO or paying a 3rd party site $32)?
 
Start a bbb claim. Threaten a lawsuit. Thats what I did and my not recieved fax to the sim unloc team magicly appeard in 30 mins and I got a call from an executive telling me how sorry they were. And an email 30 min later with unlock code afer two weeks of hastle. I have been a custumer for 3 weeks now.
 
Tmo will give u the code as well just pressure them hard.

Treat them like a stubborn child who is a mile past ur last nerve. Then once they comply [for me 3 weeks] send them a thankyou to help promote them to perhaps not be so, well in a word, stupid
