T408 ANDROID CRUZ not getting set up screen

Hello Guys,

I recieved my new T408 CRUZ. I fully charged it
I have a blue screen with the top home and the 4 navigation buttons
I put the power on restarted couple of times . am not getting the the series of guide for initial set up. Do I need WI-FI .
Please advise nee bee..

you dont need the setup guide to setup your phone. Just go to the menu and add your gmail address to the 'accounts' section. If you have a wifi where you are now, then go to the wifi section and add thats as well. You dont need wifi but its nice to have because it has faster data transfer rates.
