Every time I remote in to quick support and select something it reboots the T95 is there a fix?

It's crashing and rebooting by itself? That could be buggy firmware. Check if there's any updates for it. Although if this is a cheapo Android box from China, you'll likely have to RMA it for refund or replacement. They can frequently be buggy or have other quality issues.
