Have a T95 smart tv box, was working fine. Then one day a screen pops up saying "Please u input code number" Can't get off screen or find the code to input. please help!!

Do a hard reset and your device will live again

sorry stanstan65 but how do you do a hard reset if the t95 wont let you out of the screen asking for the input code.

Sounds like a subscription activation code is required. Check with the provider or supplier I think.
