TAB 2 Device status Official?

Upon updating my Galaxy TAB 2 to jellybean 4.2.2 the device status has changed from modified to an official mode, and now I cannot turn on USB debugging and approx. half of my setting options have disappeared. Is there a way for me to change this?

The device status becoming Official is a good thing now. If it still shows Custom, you won't be able to receive new software updates. Tap the build number 7 times in Settings > About to turn on Developer Options, and turn on USB Debugging.
