Help Tab 3 slowing down every day

My Tab 3 has started slowing down almost every day to the point that I have to hard reboot it. Can anyone suggest utilities that I can use to track down what's causing this?

I tried running Android system info but by the time the Tab is crashing I can't open the app.

Ideas?
