Here's what I've been able to figure out with Samsung tablets and the model numbers. The SM-T537 is the LTE model of the Galaxy Tab 4 with the 10.1" screen. The letters after the numbers indicate the specific carrier they were made for. Samsung does that with phones, too. So a device for AT&T and Verizon will have different models. The SM-T530 is the WiFi-only version of the 10.1 Galaxy 4 tab and the SM-t535 is also WiFi only but a Malaysian variant.
You would think that other than the internals the case and screen would all be the same, but I really don't know. When Samsung released the Galaxy 2 phones, they were all "Galaxy 2's" but every model was very different, and parts were definitely NOT interchangeable. The SGS3's, on the other hand all look the same regardless of carrier, other than the branding on the case.
The pictures of the T530, T535 and the T537 all look the same and the spec's of the dimensions all seem to be equal, so it would be a reasonable guess that the digitizers could be interchangeable. But, I can't say for sure. I wouldn't put it past Samsung to wire them differently.
Perhaps the people selling them on eBay could shed more light on this.
