Tab 4 Live Demo flash firmware

Hi all - first post here.

I have a Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 which was originally a Live Demo Unit. Demo mode was disabled before I got it so it will perform as a retail unit (or seems to) except that there are a couple of write-protected folders that are hogging 1.75GB of space of the already small storage.

Is it possible for me to use Odin to flash the firmware to stock, and if so which firmware should I use?

Current build no is: KOT49H. T230XXUOANJ4 (same as on my retail Tab 4 7.0)

Can I use a BTU T230xxxxxxx (UK firmare) as I can't find any trace of KOT anywhere (seemingly it's Google Play Store)

TIA

Papa

Here's the method to update your firmware (from Samsung US site, should work with all models):
http://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00032911/243627/SM-T530NZWAXAR

As far as the demo software, the best place on the web to ask that question may be at xda developers. You'll most likely need to root the tab 4 and freeze the software, if it can't be removed. The devs at xda are usually good at figuring out complicated issues. I usually freeze software from running with an app called Titanium Backup.

Thanks for your comments - I might just do that!
I've downloaded the UK firmware and Odin 3.09 - Odin told me it had successfully flashed the new FW but after rebooting nothing had changed!
