Help Tab Chrome and internet

Hi everyone i need some help
When you open some app and you press the link there should be a bar that will come out and it will let you choose from Chrome or Internet right then i accidentally press don't come out again(forever thing)
the problem is i want that bar to come out and ask me every time. Where in the setting can i bring back that bar?
I try to clear the apps DATA but it's no use i don't know where to get that bar out.
