Hello and welcome to Android Forums! 
You should be able to simply plug your tablet into your PC and enable storage mode. Your tablet should mount as a removable drive and your photos most likely will be in the DCIM folder. If you need specific instructions, you'll need to find the device forum for your specific tablet model in Android Tablets & MIDs - Android Forums.
