I have a tablet app/phablet app design in mind. I assume that the app in general does not begin complex - Phase 1 will compprise of a series of simple icons, leading to other screens with yet another set of simple icons. Clicking/Pressing one of them would lead to an action relating to a store on the net.
I am not a programmer, but work in other areas related to IT. I need advice on how i start off with this project.
How do i determine, if the project is really as simple as i think it is ( to start with).
And/Or if i should start from the basics and develop the application myself ( needs time) or would be a good idea to leave it in the capable hands of someone who knows ?
I do nto have much of a budget ( as is alsways the case) - so would i be better off with a mentor ? If so where do i find a mentor for silly startup questions ?
i know this will become complex in phases 2 and 3, but i need a start point.
