Since getting new Samsung Galaxy tab, emails on home PC being auto deleted and not even saved in Trash. How can I correct this?

What email provider are you using? Is it gmail or is it something provided by your home internet provider (Comcast, Verizon, AT&T, TWC etc)? Are you using the gmail app or the email app on your phone? I am guessing its a 3rd party email using the email app. You probably have it set up as an IMAP account. Go into the settings on your email app and see if it is set up as IMAP or POP3. If its POP3 access you can choose to "leave messages on server". If it is an IMAP server, that is how they are designed to operate....each individual device controls the account as a whole. Anything deleted on one device is deleted from the server and thus from all devices. If you don't want to operate your email this way you will need to switch to POP3.
