Help Tablet choice for intensive use

Hi all,

We are developing an B2B app to play music.
This app do not have to stop because it is used to play music in public area.
We need to choise a very stable device. What kind of tablet do you advise ?

I know McDonald's are using Samsung Tabs, in robust cases that are securely fixed to the tables. So they're basically child proof and theft proof. And they're locked to only run the McDonald's software, which can't be aborted without admin.

And I've seen Apple iPads in KFC restaurants, secured in the same manner.
