Tablet malfuncion

Hannspad 10.1" Tablet.
Used tablet several times yesterday without problems.
Today, on boot up, I received the following message on screen ......
"UID's on system are inconsistent. You need to wipe your data partition or your device will be unstable."
Then .... click on I'm feeling lucky.
On clicking, apps appear and system seems to work O.K., albeit, there is nothing on the LHS of the notification bar, and the home screen button does not work.
I would be grateful for any comments.

About half way down the homepage is the blue bar that says "Android Tablets." On the right end of that is a link that says "See All." Click that and this forum is the first in the list.

Hi,
I found the way was to do a full system reset, which did the trick in getting it to work properly again.
There was something fundamentally wrong with the tablet, as it happened again a couple of weeks later, so I had to return it for repair - hope this helps.
