My PROSCAN PLT7744K Inch Internet Tablet i Got for Christmas is not working. I have a laptop and a smartphone so i do not use the tablet much. i used it less than ten times and all i can see on the screen is thin black vertical lines with a yellow, white, green and blue background.It is not turning off and the volume button don't seem to work. Please help
