Help TABLET RCA 10" NO START

my tablet installed applications automatically when connected to a wireless network, I assumed it was a virus and look for solutions on youtube, I found that the tablet had junk applications causing this problem, and proceeded to uninstall those applications and disable those that are not could remove, but that was still installing again and again applications without my CONSENT, the tablet is completely new, decided to restore factory and now stays in the picture in black color that says "RCA"
please help me is almost impossible to contact the manufacturer hope your help

Try downloading the stock firmware and flash it via adb. Google how to flash using adb and it should walk you through it
