Have a problem with a Tagtital T 10 tablet.
Suddenly the touch screen is completely frozen, tried reboot that did nothing.
So thought only thing left is do a factory reset and see what happens.
Yeah that's when the fun started. Normally the way to do it on most tablets is to hold the volume plus and power button and you get the reset options.
Just one little problem with that T 10 doesn't have any volume buttons! Eventually figured out reset options can be accessed by pressing the back button with the power button, so got to the reset options with one saying "wipe data/factory reset". Yeah fine until I noticed on the top it said "volume up/down" to move highlight .
but as I said there is no bloody volume buttons on the damn thing so how am I supposed to move it? Perhaps highlights can be moved by using touchscreen but of course the touch screen isn't working, so it's like a Catch-22 situation.
So that's it, I'm stumped don't know if there is another way to do factory reset or what to do. Any ideas would be welcome
