Help Tablet showing "Android is Upgrading Optimizing app 1 of 39". Stuck

I opened my tablet and clicked on 'Instagram' icon to open the app. Then, Suddenly, the screen turned black and a white box appeared saying
"Android is Upgrading
Optimizing app 1 of 39"
It completes to '39 of 39' and then it says 'Starting apps'.
Then, again, a white box appears and says
"Android is Upgrading
Optimizing app 1 of 39"
It again completes to '39 of 39' and then it says 'Starting apps'.
And, the same process repeats.
The only thing that I can do with my tablet is charging it.
Please Help Me!

Sounds like one of your apps broke. Are you rooted? I'm thinking cache wipe at the least. Hope we won't have to go full factory reset.

Also please post the name, make, model # and carrier version if any.

The problem is fixed now.My tablet isn't rooted. I bought it 2 months ago. Huawei Mediapad T1 7.0 Tablet. Model: T1-701u
Made in China. HUAWEI TECHNOLOGIES CO. , LTD.
I watched many videos and visited many websites to learn how to fix it but none of them helped because I have non-removable battery. I just removed the Memory Card/SD Card and it was fixed. It's a new trick that I found. Now, I want this trick to reach more people so that they can fix this problem.

Could the micro-SD is corrupted or has some other problem. Did you move any apps to the micro-SD?

The micro-SD isn't corrupted. Next time I kept the micro-SD in my tablet, it was normal. There were about 5-10 apps installed in the micro-SD and all of them run as they used to run before.
