Tablet wont boot up

Please help my battery went dead because my charger got broke now when i put the charger on tablet charge indicate light doesnt show when i turn the tablet on with the charger in it only boot up to a black screen and android writing appear but it freezes there and never open up help me please with this. whe i remove the chager the tablet goes black an will not rurn on help me please!
