tablet wont turn on

My tablet is fully charged and when i press the power button it turns on but then is frozen, it keeps happening. I haven't been able to use my tablet and I don't know why it's happening, its like glitching at this one place and won't stop. Is there anything I can do?

Iit does sound like a factory reset might be your best bet, but knowing more about your device and what apps you might have recently installed (or other actions taken) would help a lot.
