I was just reading a thread mentioning the find of a ICS user manual for Verizon.. made me think a bit.
If you read no further, remember this - We're not the only ones (forum readers, rom flashers) that will get this update.
Verizon has got to prep their store employees, call center agents and dealers for the impending update.. because at the same time I'm pushed the update some sweet grandmotherly-type down the street from me who was sold this phone will get it too. She might be freaked out when the whole look and feel changes.. and she's going to call Verizon.
It isn't just as simple as pushing the update when you've got to be able to support ALL of your customers.. if you don't prepare your entire support system you'll have a customer service nightmare on your hands. I guarantee Verizon doesn't want that, and that preparation for thousands of stores and employees isn't cheap nor can it be fast.
Let's be patient.. and I do need to take my own advice.
