Help Taking notes during phone call

Hi,

Does anybody know an app where I can write notes for phone calls during the call without having to leave the call screen? I don't mean notes for the contact itself, I need an app where I can write notes (phone number, address, or anything else) without having to press home, open some notepad etc.

I believe that about any app that you use will require leaving the phone screen to use it. Bearing that in mind, I would suggest using Google Keep. It works very well and is quite easy to use.
