Root Taking Requests for Themes

Hey everyone I just bought the connect and I am going to start theming it so If anyone has any requests post theme here please. I am coming over from the admire forum and got to know alot of good people over there I made quite a few themes for alot of the Roms they have. I havent been theming too long but I enjoy it and would love to give you guys some good themes on top of the great ones that i have seen for the connect so far. So like I said post your requests, colors, ideas and what not and I will see what I can come up with. Nice to meet all of you.
 
Quick question, we have to have a de odexed Rom to change battery icons and stuff right. I just want a blue battery icon with numbers. Why would ppl designing this os never figure out we want a simple number in the dam status bar so we don't have to guess how much we got left.
 
Shinyside was working on a Black/Cyan theme. But Im always down to test out another one. Never hurts to have options : )
 
This is a very far fetched idea, but is it possible to get one themed like the marvel character in my username. Venom.

i am running brokenout also so that will probably be what i start with. havent explored any other roms yet but brokenout seems nice and stable to me.

I do remember you having some good themes when I was using Samsung Admire.
The LG Connect is much better! Do your magic Paris!! I have confidence in your work.
I will be happy to share some tips & ideas with you.

is that just a stock deodexed rom? I havent looked through everything yet i just rooted and flashed brokenout yesterday. But I like working with stock roms better. I can always port over images to other roms
 
Sup Paris? Hey me and ldrifta are having issues with 2 apks so far. Systemui and contacts. We've loaded all the frameworks and it still errors out every time. If you happen to go to decompile one of those 2 could you zip it up and send them to me. I've loaded literally every framework I could find and tired to decompile every contacts apk I could find and it just errors out and won't recompile. Thanks bud. ;):)

what up! so you get errors when you decompile? or when you try to recompile? what are you using to do it with?

Decompiling. Which leads to recompile issues. When I decompile contacts it tells me no resources and to load the proper framework... I've loaded literally every framework I could find. As far as contacts go I have a crap load of xml changes to do to black out the contacts and change font colors and divider colors.

which framework and contacts are you trying to decompile? like for what rom so i can download it and try to see what i can do. btw if you use gtalk add me parisandrews@gmail is my screename

VZA is the current stock ROM.
Did your phone come preloaded with VZA or VZ8?
Yeah I haven't Flashed to Broken Out just yet, Im waiting on a more stable release.

my phone came with VZ9 first thing i did was update to VZA. I will download it now. Is it deodexed?

Ive used brokenout and ldiftas since they are deodex'd and I even just for the hell of it tried to load all the stocks too with their respective contacts.apk....Sent you an invite on gtalk
 
If you could, I would like to see a different pattern lock screen for your ICS theme for monster 5.3. Something like the stock rom's pattern lock look. If you could get it to look like ICS's that would be awesome!
