If your hit the second series of vertical dots (more) you will find GIF the second option. It has a search engine and works well considering it's here.
Here is a frustrated.

Thanks. So I can't just grab a generic one from the web? That would explain my difficulty! :)

I searched the net for a hot weather gif. I right clicked and copied the image address.
I then came here and used the insert image option box and pasted the url for the gif.

Exactly what I tried with two different ones. One of them loaded as a frame with a still thumbnail requiring you to click the thumbnail to load the full-size animated gif.
