EDIT: I guess what I'm wanting to do is stop the voice activation from popping up. Anyway to do that? Not sure why, but it pops up alot for no apparent reason. Kind of annoying.I keep getting a pop up telling me to start speaking. How do I disable this feature? Is possible? I'm feeling dumb as I can't find the option.

Thanks, I went there before, but didn't see anything but adjustments. No on/off option.
Here is a possible solution..
Do you have double tap of home key set to launch voice command?
To check, go to app drawer, select setting, applications
Last item on menu is Double tap home launch
If that is showing voice command, press it, and the other options come up.
